Guangdong Datang International Chaozhou Power Company Limited is located in Chaozhou City, Guangdong Province. The project comprises two 600MW coal-fired units which were put into commercial operation in May and July 2006 respectively. All power output is supplied to Guangdong power Grid.

Datang Power owns 75% interests of Chaozhou Power Company.
